Design for Manufacturing
We bring extensive experience in machine design and fabrication processes. Using modern 3D design software allows us to share designs virtually, ensuring your intent is captured clearly.
Efficient, accurate part drawings ready for approval for machining or cutting
Collaboration with your engineers and designers to refine early concepts into manufacturable parts

Machining, Cutting, Bending, and Printing
Our shop runs a range of industrial machining equipment for both one-off and small-batch work.
CNC Milling: 3- and 4-axis on Haas SMM2 (16” x 20” work area)
CNC Routing: CAMaster Panther with 5’ x 10’ x 10” envelope — for non-ferrous metals, plastics, and wood in sheet, tube, and extrusion form with custom aluminum grid table for precise fixturing and vacuum hold down for sheet work
Manual Milling: First LC 20 - 5 hp precision knee mill with 10” x 36” x 18” travels
Manual Turning: Kent KLS 1440 - 14” x 40” precision engine lathe with Stahlhalter Multifix quick change tooling system
Surface Grinding: Chevalier FSG-618 with 6” x 18” travels
Saw Cutting: Ellis 1600 horizontal band saw - 10” x 8” capacity at 90 degrees
Bending: Allsteel 4-25 press brake with 25 ton x 48” capacity
Tool Grinding: Alexander 2CG single-lip cutter grinder for custom lathe and milling profiles
Belt Grinding: Nexus 2 x 72 belt grinder for cool edge shaping and deburring
3D Printing: Bambu Lab X1-Carbon with a wide variety of medium with up to 10” cubed build volume
Fabrication and Assembly
From single parts to complex assemblies, we provide machining, routing, and cutting in house with trusted partners for welding, paint, and other specialty work.
Pipe and tube processing
MIG and TIG welding (steel, aluminum, stainless) through CWB certified partners
Powder coating and specialty finishes available through partners
