Design for Manufacturing

We have extensive experience in machine design and fabrication processes. Using modern 3D design software from Onshape lets us share designs with you virtually. Have a look around and make sure we are capturing your design intent.

Part designs are efficient and accurate - ready for production machining and cutting.

We also work with your Solidworks, Inventor, Fusion 360, Sketchup, or 2D DXF or DWG files from AutoCAD

Machining and Routering

We offer machining services on a range of industrial manufacturing machines.

3 and 4 axis CNC milling on our Haas SMM2 vertical mill. 16” x 20” work area.

CNC router work in sheet, tube, or extrusions on our CAMaster Panther. Generous 5’ x 10’ x 10” work envelope. Process non ferrous metal, plastics, and wood.

Manual milling and turning.

3D printing to 10” cubed.

Fabrication and Assembly

We can work on single parts or complicated assemblies, in machined, welded, and fully assembled form.

MIG and TIG welding of steel, aluminum and stainless.

Pipe and tube processing.

Cutting and bending.

Powder coating and specialty finishes.

We have trusted partners for work that Is outside our in-house capabilities.

Prototyping

Prototyping work is an extra challenge for a metalworking company. We need to understand your design intent, the work you have done towards your goals, and how what needs to be refined to move your prototype forward.

We offer technical assistance with manufacturing processes and design.

We have made machine components, production prototypes, decorative projects, and components to assist in your in-house fabrications. We’ll help wherever you benefit most.
