    Design for Manufacturing

Maybe you know what you want to make, but don’t have it all worked out yet. Or maybe your “drawing” is a picture of a chalk sketch on the shop floor.

However your idea comes to us, we can turn it into something real, that works.

    Machining and Routering

We’re serious about our work, and have modern industrial equipment to make great parts in house.

We can do one off parts, and production runs in CNC milling, turning, routing, and more.

    Fabrication and Assembly

A part is just a part, until you join it to another one. Connect with welds, bolt, glue, and really fancy tape.

We can work on simple weldments, or multi-part assemblies. And we can finish and paint all the way to decorative grade.

Who are we?

  • Kevin Redekop

    Proprietor

I am a machine designer, architectural metal project designer, and former owner of several manufacturing and fabrication businesses. I’m actively working on semi retirement, but still enjoy using my design and fabrication skills on smaller projects with reasonable deadlines.

  • Sam Redekop

    Contributor

I have a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and have been working in machining and fabrication for the last 5 years. I enjoy using my skills to find practical solutions for clients. Whether it’s developing custom parts, refining a manufacturing process, or assisting with smaller projects, I am always up for a challenge.
